The International Journal of ICBM (Roots of Music) is a distinguished open-access peer reviewed research journal proudly published by the International Center for Bengali Music (ICBM) in Bangladesh. Our journal, “Roots of Music,” serves as a dedicated platform for scholars, academics, professionals, and practitioners to disseminate and exchange knowledge pertaining to Bengali music from diverse perspectives. We are delighted to announce that our journal is available in both print and online formats.
The International Center for Bengali Music (ICBM) embarked on its mission to promote and enrich the understanding and appreciation of Bengali music among people worldwide who speak Bengali as their language. To achieve our noble objectives, we are diligently working towards our goals.
One of our cornerstone initiatives is the multilingual peer-reviewed journal, Roots of Music (ISSN NO: 2708-7689). We cordially invite you to submit your scholarly articles on Bengali Music, exploring various aspects of this rich tradition.
The submission deadline for Volume 06, Number 01 is November 15th, 2024, and the anticipated publication date is January 2025.

Word Limit: Maximum 3000 words
Font: Times New Roman for English (Size: Heading 14, Text 12)
SutonnyMJ for Bangla (Size Heading: 14, Text: 12)
Benefits for Authors: Authors will receive one complimentary copy of the printed journal for each accepted paper.
